Returns Policy
Please note that this returns policy applies to faulty/defective goods only. For items received damaged or opened in transit, please read our "delivery information" page.
In the unlikely event that any item is faulty, we will replace the item or, if out of stock, credit the value of the purchase subject to the following:
- All faulty items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
- The item(s) are returned unused, in their original packaging and must not have been tampered with - any evidence of tampering will invalidate the warranty.
- The customer agrees to pay postage and packaging for any items returned.
- Rod & Tackle cannot accept any responsibility for items not returned due to loss by the carrier. You are therefore advised to return items by recorded delivery.
We will at all times endeavour to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
