Delivery Information

  1. Orders will only be dispatched when payment has cleared.
  2. All orders must be signed for on delivery and any damaged or opened items MUST be noted on the delivery note.
  3. In the event any parcels are delivered opened or damaged, in any way of whatsoever, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  4. If you fail to comply with 2 and 3, we will not accept any liability for any damaged and/or opened items.
  5. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  6. Additional delivery charges may apply to orders over 25kgs in weight. If you intend to place a very large order that will not exceed £150 (free delivery applies to orders over £150) please contact us before ordering.
  7. Free delivery will apply to all orders over £150.
  8. Please note that we currently only deliver to locations within the UK.
